Minority Men: The City of New York wants your penis to assimilate.

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is recommending that you not keep the chorizo in the casing. They have begun asking local organizations to spread the word to ethnic groups who are less likely to be circumcised, (i.e. Latinos and blacks), that circumcision may help prevent the spread of AIDS. Even going so far as to lobby for hospitals to perform the surgery free of charge for men without insurance. Peter Staley, co-founder of ACT-UP New York and self describe white guy, is a supporter of the measure but worries:

It’s going to sound like white guys telling black and Hispanic guys to do something that would affect their manhood.

Really, Peter, after what you people did to fajitas, we are impervious.
