Colombian Beauty Sofía Vergara Stretches To Play Role Of Colombian Beauty

Latin bloggers made a minute fuss today about the appearance of busty Colombian actress Sofía Vergara in last night’s season 4 premiere of the Hollywood-themed HBO series Entourage. The episode mockuments the 5 months spent by the show’s main characters in Colombia while shooting a fictional Pablo Escobar biopic called “Medellín.” For Vergara, art imitated life as she played a Latina beauty cast in an American flick for no other reason than her breathtakingly exotic looks; in fact, the village girl she portrays lands the role of, um, a village girl deeply loved by Escobar. Predictably, the movie’s director and others test the limits of professionalism by lusting after her. Vergara’s consolation prize is that she was a real breast of fresh air for HBO addicts who’d grown tired of so many coked-up ‘goomas’ on The Sopranos.
