Fergie Is To Music As Taco Bell Is To Mexican Food

Recently Fergie stopped one of her Hamptons club “concerts” to announce her love of Taco Bell. Taco Bell responded in kind by asking her to stop by for a free late night party on them. That’s all good for Taco Bell. They get celebrity endorsement for the price of a few Meximelts, but we wonder if Fergie is aware of the food safety practices of certain east coast Taco Bell franchisees. We recall that back in February, a Manhattan location had a wee rat problem. And a few months before that, there was that e-coli in the onions mishap at many of their northeastern locations. Of course, this is Fergie we’re talking about. She of the “My Humps” fame. Perhaps she is the appropriate “artist” to represent a brand that is basically trying to poison America.
