Crooked Former Congressman Solves Illegal Immigration: Resurrect Aborted Fetuses To Do Manual Labor

The poor College Republicans. They invite disgraced former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay to speak at their annual convention in D.C. over a year after the Texas representative stepped down from Congress amidst conspiracy indictments, and what they get is a raving lunatic. The Republican role model’s thoughts on the impact of legalized abortion:

I contend it affects you in immigration. If we had those 40 million children who were killed over the last 30 years, we wouldn’t need the illegal immigrants to fill the jobs that they are doing today. [awkward pause] Think about it.

Oh, we have. And that’s absolutely the craziest fucking thing we’ve ever heard come out of a politician’s mouth. (Regarding immigration, at least.) Then again, you’re just frazzled cuz you’re out of work. Ever consider an undocumented career in construction?
