Nielsen_Summer_7_12_07.jpg Nielsen Media Group released a list of TV programs watched most by Hispanics last week, and its top five reads like a retarded ranch hand was asked to rattle off his favorite shows:

1. Family Guy
2. Family Guy
3. Hell’s Kitchen
4. Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?
5. Friday Night Smackdown

So the ratings show that, in the heat of the summer, our relatives are most entertained by…drumroll, please!…an animated show tailored for kids with ADD, an English chef so foulmouthed he puts Elton John to shame, an endless parade of know-it-all middle-schoolers, and a bunch of greased-up ogres throwing each other around in a ring. What can we say? Enjoying lowbrow entertainment is as Latino as lucha libre. (Take it from us, a bunch of closet Family Guy fans.)
