The people behind MORTIFIED—“a Comic Excavation of Adolescent Writing, Art & Media” that turns everyday people’s teenage diary entries, embarrassing Polaroids, and dreadful home movies into performance art—are screening submissions and their potential performers from the Austin area now through August 15th.
The show won’t take place until October, but we figured we should give the angst-ridden teen in you a shot at outing itself in front of a live audience. Besides, we drool at the thought of the many Emmanuel references brown Austinites might make.
