New Border Patrol Uniform Helps Officers Beat Illegals Down In Style

3 years and $7.5 million dollars in the making, it’s the Border Patrol Uniform Makeover!!! (Pictured is a ‘before’ shot.) Tired of drowning in the Rio Grande cuz your Batman-esque utility belt weighs you down? Fret no more, now that the government’s replaced those old brass buckles with the quick-release, plastic kind. Hard enough chasing illegals without worrying about your slacks ripping? Lightweight cargo pants are the answer. And how about those shiny badges that give away your location during night raids? Enter sewn-on, cloth patches. The San Diego officers who’ve given it a thumbs up might say stuff like the new uniform’s “more operational, more tactical” and looks “like you mean business,” but we say they’re one step closer to a sleeker, sexier corps! Market research doesn’t lie, as four out of five deported border-hoppers agree: nos gusta el look.
