Professor Alvarado: Let Him Entertain You

Professor Eduardo Alvarado is a professor of music, but we’re giving him an honorary Guanabee doctorate in smoove, too. A friend of ours shot this performance at a recent party at New York City’s Silvercup Studios, but the Professor can be found down in the New York City subway system most days making people’s commutes a little groovier. A right he had to compete for against 200 other performers. (And still those bastards misspelled his name on the sign.) We did a little research and found out he hails from Ecuador and is 77, but don’t let the wrinkles fool you–this man is the quintessential, smooth, Latin lover: Witnessed by his 59 year old wife and his 17 year old son. Professa! We might just have to get this guy for our next party.
