Titled “The real Laguna Beach teens”, the above clip is brought to you by the star of the protest video we posted a week ago. Videographer Naui recorded a bunch of airheaded, south California teens being interviewed about their pro-immigration protest in response to one staged by Minute Men across the road. And thank God he did, otherwise we would’ve missed this tidbit of poetry in motion: “I mean, technically, we’re all immigrants… even though, like, we were born here.” (On a sidenote, the girl who drops this bomb on us kind of looks like a Garbage Pail Kid.) Seriously, folks, these kids are a reason the credibility of immigration as a cause suffers. And rightly so.
