		<description>right, because we all know only american workers deserve a fair wage.  has it occured to anyone that workers in foreign countries VOLUNTEER for work at $1 an hour because it pays better than anything else in their country does?

but i digress, it's obviously better for us to subsidize our workers by affording them protectionist trade policies.  who cares if there are starving workers in foreign countries that are willing to do the same work for much less because they're not from here.
