Further proof that Stephen Colbert is an avid Guanabee reader: the pundit parody machine filled one of his regular segments on Wednesday night with news of Alberto Gonzales’ pending power to fast track executions, an item we commented on the day before. “The Word” is Colbert’s way of veiling a message in sarcasm with his mouth while a glib caption appears next to him and detonates what he really means; in the above installment, he compares Cabana Al to a hounded animal, an apathetic high schooler, and RoboCop with a lethal injection syringe for an arm. Need any more excuses to watch?

Hey, I think he reads my blog too! He totally stole “Monkey on the Lam” from me!
Or maybe this is some sort of viral psychosis.
