What’s the big whoop? We watch enough 24-hour news to know it’s perfectly normal to view the folks of Mexico as nothing more than parasite-infested pod-people. Besides, isn’t acquiring a venereal disease the kind of quaint, Latin American experience that traveling Brits want these days?

If the point is to single out the population with HIV, why not africans, i mean they ARE the world’s most HIV infected people but wait, they’re african, so it would be politically incorrect. So sure try the latinos and single out mexican folk, nobody cares about them, i know i’m probably not allowed to curse in hear, but hey, if they can publish those ads, i can say to whoever created this , and whoever authorized it:

I concur with brother Cheve’s feelings. The anti Latin (anti-Spanish, French, and Italian) culture spawned in Britain is at the root of the anti-Latino culture we get here in the U.S.
The fact is AIDS infection rates in Britain and in Mexico are comparable. Great Britain has a HIV prevalence rate of 0.2% to Mexico’s 0.3%. It’s just that the English, as is typical for them, think their shit doesn’t stink, while they walk around with their dipies full of doo-doo.
