Members of Peru’s Nationalist party are distributing canned food with pro Hugo Chavez propaganda on it to victims of the recent magnitude-8 earthquake that devastated the Region of Ica on August 15. The labels on the cans are red and feature pictures of President Huey and Peru’s Nationalist Party leader Ollanta Humala with the symbol of Ollanta Humala’s political group, an “O”.
The label then criticizes the Peruvian government for its lack of efficiency and speed, stating that “our brother Hugo Chavez” will help because Peru’s government does not care about the victims pain and has left them hungry, thirsty and among pillage.
Brother Hugo really missed an opportunity after Katrina.
