Category 5 Felix Just Hit Nicaragua and Honduras; Miskito Indians Holding On For Dear Life
4 September 2007, 8:44 AM. By Cindy Casares
Hurricane Felix is making landfall right now as a category 5 at a relatively unpopulated area, (although the Miskito Indians trapped there would disagree), near the Honduras-Nicaragua border. The weather folks on CNN say they’ve never experienced 165 mph winds before, (the reported speed of this mother), indicating the area may not be there much longer, but the hurricane is not expected to be a problem for the United States. Yay?
