Bolivia, with its untapped mineral resources, is being swarmed with kisses and promises from Iran to jumpstart Bolivia’s economic and industrial development, but we’re a little concerned. They know Tehran is already involved in 100 plans and projects in Venezuela in an effort to improve relations between the Islamic Republic and other Latino states. So, what can they be thinking?
