In the cutthroat world of blogging, one day you’re on top and the next you’re yesterday’s news. So it goes as our former associate editor Carlos Nobleza Posas (who?) takes off for Spainy-er skies and we start anew this week with not one, but two wide-eyed innocents. (You didn’t think one person could fill the hair quotient left by Carlos, did you?) Introducing our new Associate Editor Kat Fernandez (pictured at right playing the part of blonde-headed Xavier Serbia) and our new contributing editor Gabriel Caro (playing the part of dark-headed greaser Johnny Lozado, bottom right). Kat will fill the daunting shoes left by ‘Los as she attempts to make sense of this zany world and the brown people in it. And, Gabriel, who you might know as Bosrican, will be checking in from time to time from the exciting city of Boston! Uhhh…from the city of Boston? Okay, we have no idea what people do in Boston which probably explains why Gabriel is such a good writer. Anyway, we welcome these two crazy kids who are fool enough to want to work for us. And you guys play nice cuz they hold the keys now.
