Miami Circuit Court Judge Jeri B. Cohen has ruled that the daughter of a pig farmer and wack job respectively could possibly be sent back to her daddy’s home country of Cuba IF the separation from her foster parents doesn’t turn the little girl into a nutcase. The judge deemed Rafael Izquierdo, the father, as fit enough to seize custody, but the child hasn’t been ordered home to Cuba yet. The Florida Department of Children & Families is still bitching that they want the girl to stay with her current foster parents, but Cohen put it simply:

“Take [your] blindfolds off and see the forest for the trees. I have read the cases in Florida, and you’re going to have a very steep mountain to climb here, and you know it.”

Someone obviously likes outdoor sporting, but seriously, when is the government going to step in with AK-47’s? Is that too be scheduled at a later hearing?
