Mexicans Getting Their Michael Bay On And Blowing Shit Up
10 September 2007, 12:45 PM. By jessie.soto

Multiple explosions, including one that left at least three dozen people dead, ripped through Mexico this morning. Six of the explosions are believed to be part of a sabotage act against the Mexican oil monopoly, Petroleos Mexicanos. PeMex issued a statement saying that they believed the explosions were deliberate. Back in July, a left-wing guerrilla group claimed responsibility for a pipeline explosion that forced large multinationals like Honda Motor, Kellogg’s and Hershey to suspend operations.
In a hopefully unrelated incident, a truck carrying dynamite blew up after colliding with another vehicle in the mining state of Coahuila, in northern Mexico, killing at least 37 people. Explosives are used in Coahuila in the coal mining industry. We don’t know about you, but this shit is starting to sound like a bad Mexican remake of “Armageddon.”
