Only In Los Angeles: Michelle Rodriguez Violates Probation And Still Not In Jail

Michelle Rodriguez looks to be in hot water with the L.A. City Attorney after allegations that she violated her probation by not participating in the community toilet scrubbing and cigarette butt collecting she was scheduled to perform.
Rodriguez violated her probation numerous times by not performing community service and not following her alcohol monitoring program. The judge in the case has ruled several times that she did indeed violate her probation.
So why the hell isn’t she serving time in county jail? It’s simple math really when you take Los Angeles into consideration. Just take the maximum penalty of a crime, divide it by celebrity status (10 being the max and highest notch on the totem pole), and times it by .0378 percent of “she ain’t serving shit”, and you inevitably come to your answer. Oh Michelle, we’re so proud of you.

on the real though, LA county jail is way overcrowded that they release low risk offenders early everyday. michelle is not immune b/c she’s a celebrity…
