Thalía Reveals the Depth Of Shallowness She’ll Teach Her Daughter

Pop star turned Tommy Mottola-sperm-incubator Thalía spent yesterday mauled by the press at a New York signing sesh for her book, “Thalía: Belleza! Lessons in Lipgloss and Happiness.” Since the two are clearly interdependent, we were hardly surprised when she had the following to say about the bubblegum way she’ll raise their baby girl:
What are you planning on teaching your daughter about interior and exterior beauty?
[Ed. Note: This is what we in the biz call 'a lay-up,' a question that prompts a celebrity to spew scripted fluff.]
Above all, that she be happy in life, that she does what she feels in her heart, that she follows her intuition. That she be bold, fantastic, glorious, loving, that she be grateful to God. The rest, I’ll teach her: simple things like gluing on eyelashes and putting on lipstick.
So let us get this straight: Thalía’s letting a high school commencement speech raise her daughter, but she’ll be on hand to whore her out when necessary. We’re so jealous.
