Fans of Showtime’s “Weeds” know that each week the opening theme song is performed by a different group or artist. This season, none other than nortec wonders Kinky guest sang. Perhaps Showtime is trying to get a piece of that Univisión action? Either way, scope Kinky’s Spanish cover of Malvina Reynolds’ 1962 suburbia lampoon “Little Boxes” in the video above. For the English translation, check out Ozomatli’s cover from last season after the jump. And watch “Weeds” cuz it roools.

Shit, if Chalino or Saul Viera were still alive, they’d make an awesome rendition of Little Boxes.
