A-Rod And Company Expecting A New Baby

Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez has announced that his wife is pregnant and due to have their second child sometime next spring. The news came yesterday when reporters were probably throwing out questions like “So do you swim in your money?” and “Was that Fuck You t-shirt your wife wore a tribute to non-violence?” A-Rod, perplexed by the questions, probably looked over at Cynthia (his wife) and remembered, “Oh, dude! My wife is preggers again with our second kid.” Nice. Well at least that’s how it plays out in our imaginations.

But let’s quickly do the math: she is due in Spring, which is six months away, so he probably hit the fetus-inspiring homerun around July, which totally means make-up sex is hands down the best way to get pregnant. The couple seems cool about it:

“We’re just real excited. It’s almost more exciting [than the first child] in a way, because you can anticipate what you already know is so amazing.” Rodriguez penned a kids’ book, “Out of the Ballpark,” this year - and said he wrote it for his daughter.
