When we heard that Billboard and The Hollywood Reporter’s Hispanic Woman of the Year™ America Ferrera was doling out advice for fuck ups, we were all ears. Says America:

“I can’t get into trouble because I’m working all the time,” the Ugly Betty star pointed out. “I’m too busy working and focusing on what I’m doing to be out partying.”
