English rock band Blur’s (What are those crazy gringos up to these days?) bass player and former junkie Alex James is working with the Colombian government on an anti-drug campaign called “Shared Responsibility,” which aims to raise awareness about the role consumer countries play in driving the drug industry. And James would know. He’s reportedly spent over two million dollars on coke over his lifetime. Whatever, amateur. Now, a sober James is spending his time producing cheese on his organic farm, playing soccer with landmine victims and working on a documentary about drug production in Colombia for BBC London.
“People in England know milk comes from cows, but not where cocaine comes from”, he declared in Colombia a few days ago.
Well its kind of obvious where it comes from, innit? Big D on 128th and Lex.

if you put this picture to the left of alex’s introduction picture, it’s like someone looking in a mirror.

What is he trying to do??? He’s discouraging thousands of horrible musicians trying to emulate his band’s inconsistent and yobby sounds to stop powdering up and make music that’s even worse.
I don’t even want to hear what the result would sound like, and I would want to throttle whoever signs these clean sods to a bajillion dollar deal.

Mira scanless fool. Lexington ends at 129th St. Unless you meant the intersection of Grand Concourse and Eugenio Maria de Hostos Blvd. (South Bronx! Represent!)
Plus, Big D CLEARLY deals at 145th and Adam Clayton Powell.
