Che Guevara’s Head Pubes Sell At Auction For More Than Bolivia’s GNP

We’ve been sadly outbid. The lock of hair that used to adorn Che Guevara’s noggin, that we told you about earlier, has sold for $119,000 at auction. Bill Butler, a Houston-area book store owner, bought the tuft of hair in addition to several other Chétchkes that were part of a lot. According to the Dallas Observer:
Among the items Butler picked up: “fingerprints, maps, letters, newspaper clippings, and dozens of death photographs of Che and his fellow guerrillas” [...] Now Che’s a Texas tourist attraction: Butler says he’ll display the hair in his store, and too bad it’s not a barbershop.
Too bad indeed. Nothing would have warmed the revolutionary’s heart more than bringing more tourist dollars to George W. Bush’s home state.
Earlier: Buy Che’s Hair for ONLY $9.99…ACT NOW OR CHE’S HAIR WILL BE AUCTIONED OFF…Really!
