Fidel Castro Deathwatch: New Footage Shows Castro Moves His Lips While Reading, Chavez Likes Pink Floyd
15 October 2007, 2:00 PM. By Cindy Casares
The first video footage of Fidel Castro in 14 months is here. Although we are not privy to hearing any of the audio first hand, we did enjoy hearing the English commentator pronounce Fidel’s brother’s name “Rowl.” Also, we get a glimpse of Hugo Chavez’s Pink Floyd inspired moon painting which looks more like a stoner poster if you ask us. Castro, whose skin has paled to something between grey and invisible, seems his usual inquisitive self. Kind of like those monkeys learning sign language. All in all, a fascinating conversation between the two gentlemen, we’re sure.
