Alex hails from Miami where her Cuban parents weaned her on cafecito and platanos just like Jimmy Smits on “Cane.” In fact, she says she grew up in a house just like his. After attending Catholic school with girls like Pepzi, Alex found time to enroll in the prestigious Columbia University before graduating to write for, amongst other fine websites, Playgirl.com.
