Latin Fashion Week Debuts in Chicago, Sarape Not Included

The first ever Chicago Latino Fashion Week is currently underway through November 4th, featuring designers from the U.S. and abroad. Included among the featured talent is Mexican Ximena Valero, who has dressed Paulina Rubio. And here we were wondering where we could find a gold-studded leopard print thong of our own.
America’s Next Top Model (Haha. Top.) winner and native Chicagoan Jaslene Gonalez will be on hand to frighten small children. “My Name is Earl’s” Catalina the token Latina, actress Nadine Velazquez, is also scheduled to make an appearance at the event’s final runway show and closing luncheon.
Put down the ex-lax and listen up, fashionistas: brown is the new black.
