Michelle Rodriguez has been spanked with a 180-day jail sentence by a Los Angeles court judge after violating about a trillion different probation statutes. Her negligence ranged from not showing up for pigeon shit cleaning duty to failing to understand she wasn’t supposed to drink when a judge told her, “don’t drink.” Mensa. Rodriguez has until December 24th to trade in her high heels for some LA County issued chanclas and face the wrath of some cholas who will probably want to probe the question of whether or not she’s really as tough as she claims to be. “Ay loca, are you really hardcore or what, esa? Let’s see what you’re really made of.” Oh yeah, the judge also stated:

Rodriguez is not to be released to “work furlough or electronic monitoring and is not to be granted early release.”
