Hispanic Fundraising Gala Spotlights Some Interesting The Same Latino Names We See Everywhere Plus Ryan Seacrest
We’re always down for great causes, so when we heard that PADRES—a nonprofit organization committed to improving the quality of life for Latino children with cancer and their families—had scheduled it’s Gala for the year, we immediately checked the list of peeps who are pounding fist-to-chest in accordance with the cause. Comedic vato George Lopez will be MC’ing the event and is sure to bring the house down with “You ‘member?” classics and miniature, humorless diva Eva Longoria will be serving as ‘Gala Chair’.
Other notables on the list include Jessica Alba, who although she isn’t one of us, obviously feels sorry for those of us with cancer; Tony Parker who is Latin by injection; and Ryan Seacrest who deep down wants to be considered a MAP.

beto cuevas is receiving a premio that night for his contribution to this noble cause…well, his kids are receiving it because he’ll be in Mexico City at the MTV Latino presenting The Cure.
