Paulina Rubio decided posing without her chones with a Mexican flag covering her chocha would be a fabulous idea. We totally give it a thumbs up. Unfortunately for "La Chica Dorada" the photo spread in this month's issue of Cosmopolitan from Spain (go get it, hurry!) spawned some serious inquiry from officials claiming defamation of a national symbol and now the Mexican government wants to raid her bank account. Under "Article who gives a shit" of the Mexican constitution, the penalty for using the flag as a chocha-cover is a fine of up to $4,000 and/or 36 hours in jail. In her defense, Paulina's mama revealed that her daughter never authorized the release of the photos.
