Then he would have wished that he was “Bill Richardson” growing up. I think that his failure to connect with Latinos goes beyond the name. Look at all of the key Latino politicians who have already sold themselves to Hillary. Maybe he should call himself Memo (nickname for Guillermo/William)Richardson?!
