I have the same problem. Only add Meth using and drug dealing to the Concord post. Life threatening behaviors and occasional gunfire punctuate my days and nights.

I was an immigrant to the USA. My parents abided by the laws, entered legally and respected their neighbors. They did not damage property, raise noise levels or bring down the property values in the neighborhood and neither did they bring down adjacent neighborhoods. The acceptance of lower standards by the argument that we should simply move out of the “ghetto” infers that we live in a ghetto. Our neighborhood has BECOME a Ghetto and there seems to be no inteligent offer to protect good hard working, respectable people from having their peace disturbed.

FRY’s grocery store was stolen out of business. No one faces the fact that in its last few months of business they had anti theft detectors at each check out stand. Now, I have to go elsewhere for my groceries. Yet, the mexican grocery that later popped up across the street thrives. Any protection of my rights? How about the lost jobs?

Since they do not respect that entering illegally is against the law, and that illegal occupancy at double tenancy rates is illegal and unsafe do you expect them to respect the laws protect the place from becoming a Ghetto? or Laws that and social decency that dictate respecting your neighbor NO MATTER WHAT THEIR RACE.

You don’t even know what my race is. My wife wasn’t even born here. Neither was my daughter. But I assure you that we have respected federal laws and we respect our neighbors. We don’t keep the mexicans up that’s for sure!

Cruising, noise, demonstration of speed are all issues that fall under local ordinances. My choise to live in our neighborhood is a right that deserves to be protected from those who would break the law and overwhelm my neighborhood REGARDLESS of who they are!
