Compounding on Microsoft’s Zune MP3 player’s “hip” factor, the company decided to release a “Limited-Edition” version pre-loaded with reggaeton. According to CNN: “The black, limited-edition Zune will come pre-loaded with the new Wisin y Yandel album, “Wisin vs. Yandel: Los Extraterrestres,” before it is available in stores, and will also feature an exclusive track, music videos, photos and concert footage.” Javier Farfan, multiculti marketing manager for Zune at Microsoft says:
It’s very important to let Latino audiences know they can trust Zune to deliver the music and digital experiences they want to tune into […] Working with Wisin y Yandel, we have taken an innovative and authentic step to connect with Hispanics.
Because, you know, all Latinos listen to reggaeton. And all Latinos shop at WalMart for their music. And all Latinos get their music advice from Microsoft.

I don’t care how much reggeaton you put on the machine to make it uglier, the thing is still ugly.
When Mr. Farfan gets shitcanned for not moving enough of these monstrosities by circumscribing identity, a Latino angel will grow its wings and marketing agency execs will just shurg their shoulders with indifference.
