Lately we’ve been noticing this brownish dude in the background of all the club scenes on “The Hills.” We didn’t pay much attention until Spencer Pratt’s evil sister (is it odd that she looks exactly like his fiancée, Heidi?) asked, “Who’s that guy who’s like a wannabe Wilmer Valderrama?” Needle scratch. Who in their right mind would wanna be Wilmer Valderrama? Turns out it’s Frankie Delgado—a Los Angeles “club promoter” (that’s L.A. for guy with too much hair gel who didn’t go to college) who weasled his way into the entourage of one Lauren Conrad via his bff Brody Jenner after their joint venture, an “Entourage”-type MTV reality show called “24/7,” went down in flames last year. Frankie hails from Tijuana originally and is known to his friends as “The Mexican Hugh Hefner” because of his job which entails “luring all the pretty girls to the clubs.” Surely that’s more disgusting than Hef!
