The Argentine town of Olivares de San Nicolás, presumably along with its 800 residents, is up for sale as a court-ordered means of paying off the debts of a local businessman. Just in time for Christmas:
In addition to residences, the town has a chapel, a Justice of the Peace, a police post, a public school, a clinic and several businesses.
(Sold to the website with the nice legs!) And, very soon, a Hooters.
