		<description>Unfortunate situation? Yes.  But is it the cops fault for not speaking spanish? Hmmm. No se. I am having a hard time laying blame on the cops for that.  I will say this though, this is the type of article that gringos read that makes them seethe at the current state of affairs with immigration in this country.  Whether we like it or not, it is surreal that 99% of all calls are in Spanish in a city in the United States.
