On the penultimate episode of “Making Menudo,” Trevor’s hair and Chris went head-to-head to determine which would have to take his ass on home. Both had songs by people named Jojo, only Trevor’s Jojo happened to own a vagina, which got him worried about whether he could hit all the right notes. He underestimated his ability to sing like a girl and performed his song without a hitch, as did Chris. Turns out: Both could stay!

Monti decided he’d stir shit up by calling JC out as being “overconfident” of his place in Menudo. Then JC was all, like, “Yeah, but don’t try to change me, brosef.” We wouldn’t dream of it! Monti turned out to be right. Especially since JC kept dancing like a one-legged monkey having a seizure. So he and his jerky dance moves were kicked out. Turns out, he looks just as hot walking away. You’ll be missed, you over-confident goofball, you!

What struck us the most about this episode, though, was the way choreographer Anibal pronounced “focus” precisely like the monologue looping through our heads every time a Menudito pops-and-locks his way into our hearts.
