I am not exaggerating when I say that is the most ignorant article I have ever seen in a newspaper. To make a connection between intifada and Latinos is outrageously ignorant. The last Palestinian intifada was sparked by Ariel Sharon visiting the third holiest Muslim site in the Middle East. The Israeli Defense Force was also limiting trade, work and transportation in the West Bank and Gaza. So how exactly does that have anything to do with Latinos in this country? The intifada in France? Who ever labeled it that? Look, the author wants to write an article expressing how Latinos are frustrated. Peace brother, I respect that. But don't make ridiculous comparisons to conflicts and circumstances that are detached from fact. The only correlation between the two is that Palestinians and Latinos (many but not all) may be frustrated.
