But you cant beat the way they're made back in E.S. or the 4 pupusas for a dollar deal. They don't do that at El pollo campero! Try the pupusas at El Rinconcito in Columbia Heights, or any pupusa truck over some of their suggestions. Casa fiesta? please. Irene's are gross and more Honduran than Salvi. Ercilia's is decent, but this is by NO MEANS an extensive list. Dona Acuzena is good and has a number of locations through out the area, but the carne asada is their specialty I'd say.
