When Penelope Cruz isn’t busy “designing” clothes or making a savory love paella with Javier Bardem, she’s posing for the cover of Vogue’s holiday issue with bull fighters in tight pants. But only because we were unavailable. In the issue, Penelope discusses why divas are born, not made:
The Spanish star confesses she was a precocious and troublesome child and still has regular tantrums. Cruz tells Vogue magazine, “My mother always tried to not to laugh in front of me. I was the most difficult. Stubborn, very rebellious. I didn’t want to be told what to do. I still do the kicking once in a while.”
Charming. The only kicking we ever do is a-kicking diva bitches out of bed. We don’t much like people who don’t know how to take direction. Or who get queasy at the sight of a human-size birdcage.
