Christmas Time: When A Young Tejana's Thoughts Turn To Tamales
Um…we totally wish we had written and produced this spot for Delicious Tamales in San Antonio. Instead we will honor it by posting it here. Mamá, save a plate for us.
OMG! I liv e in San Antonio, and I’ve never heard of that place! lol
Gotta check it out NOW!
This is hilarious. I had a good laugh and I can hardly wait till Christmas Eve. Tamales for everyone!
What a great tradition! Thanks for the good laugh.
@Diego: Yes. In Texas, tamales are thinner and have much more filling than the ones I find in New York (from Central Mexico) that are much thicker and all masa with very little filling. (Both are pretty awesome.)

It is true that when you’re a delicious tamal (or “tamale”), everyone wants to eat you.

Are those Tex-Mex tamales? They sure as hell don’t look like the tamales I eat.

Little filling? Then the person doesn’t know how to make them.
