Contrary to our beliefs, a report released by Puerto Rico’s police department indicates that Ingrid “don’t pepper spray me, bro” Rivera’s evening dress and swimsuit tested positive for pepper spray. Spicy! El Nuevo Dia also reports that at least five staff members that worked with Ms. Rivera during the pageant also suffered symptoms of pepper spray exposure. Whatever.
