Noelia Launches New Perfume. Now You, Too, Can Reek Of Desperation!
Puerto Rican singer Noelia is following up her film debut by launching a her own perfume, “Candela.” Mmm and we thought that intoxicating aroma wafting around here was just the dead hooker left over from the last Guanabee party:
“It’s an elegant explosion of sensuality,” said the Puerto Rican singer, 30, of the scent.
