Basketball player Tony Parker is set to file a suit against the photo agency that broke the story of his alleged infidelity. Man, chill. You’re getting more publicity now than you ever did tossing a ball into a hoop:

The San Antonio basketball star filed a $20 million lawsuit in Santa Monica this afternoon against photo agency X17 for running a story alleging that he had an affair with French model Alexandra Paressant shortly after marrying his Desperate Housewife in July.

In a statement released yesterday to PageSix.com, the agency defended the story, saying, “The journalists at X17online conducted extensive research for the reporting of this story and we felt the evidence was too strong to ignore. Alexandra Paressant’s claims were significant and newsworthy and we are continuing to uncover more details each day in our continued investigation.”

This probably comes with the territory when one marries a woman whose job is to get as many people to look at her as possible.
