Former “Sex & The City” costume designer Patricia Field has always had a flair for the -tacky- dramatic with the way she can tap into women of a certain ilk’s inner drag queen. Which is why it makes perfect sense that she chose everyone’s favorite Oscar in drag as the inspiration behind her latest Manhattan store window dressing. Get it? Cuz the Oscars are coming!
