The woman who upgraded the Latino image in this country from unattractive, poncho-wearing subservient to unattractive, poncho-wearing subservient with braces has, according to The Independent, publicly voiced her choice for Ms. Prez:
This election is too important to stand on the sidelines, especially for my generation,” said Ms Ferrera, announcing her role. “I believe that Hillary Clinton can turn this country around.”
The move is no doubt a huge coup for Hilary’s camp eager to win over the all-important Hispanic vote. (After all, who among us doesn’t make our political decisions based on a 23 year-old television star?), but will it eclipse Barack Obama’s reggaeton juggernaut from last summer?
Not to be outdone, Barack Obama has been promoting his multicultural background before Nevada’s voters, chanting “Sí, se puede; sí, se puede; sí, se puede!” or, “Yes, we can!” before rallies across the state.
That’ll show them.

I’m sort of over this presidential election already. What do I care what Ugly Betty thinks? I’m more interested in the Austrian election for the Graz city council. Did you know Austrians hate Muslims? Go figure! Finally, a country that isn’t harping about invading Mexicans.

Doesn’t Ugly Betty look a little like Carlos the Jackal?
