Antonio Banderas Owns This Beach House, But He Has To Tear It Down. So There Is A God.

Antonio Banderas and his lovely wife Melanie are caught in the middle of an illegal building clampdown by the Spanish government in Malaga. The British Telegraph reports today that their 5 million pound (that’s like 7.5 million dollars to you and me) beachfront vacation home was partially built illegally by the previous owners unbeknownst to the actors.

A court in Malaga has said that a 300 square foot wing of the six-bedroom mansion near Marbella on the Costa del Sol was built by the previous owner without the proper licence.

Hundreds of homeowners across the region, including many British expatriates, bought their homes in good faith and now risk losing their houses under plans by Spain’s socialist government to target illegal properties.

Looks like they were flim flammed! Heh, sorry. Our hearts go out to all the sickeningly wealthy who are being displaced in this crisis.
