Chile and Peru are currently arguing over a legally defined sea border, particularly because each country has its eye on areas rich in fish. Yeah, it’s a pretty slow news day:
Peru, which asserts that at present there is no legally defined sea border, on Wednesday filed a suit with the UN’s highest judicial organ asking it to rule on the matter.
The court could take five or six years to decide the case.
That’s five or six years. To decide how much of the ocean two countries will own. Calm down, Chile. You’ll have something to laugh about pretty soon, even despite the fact you eat boiled vegetables with mayo and are responsible for unleashing Don Francisco onto the world.

I guess if you’re a Tejano, you pretty much only know where Brownsville is.
