Freed Colombian Hostage Clara Rojas Reunited With Son, Emmanuel. Picture Of Familial Bliss Ensues, Makes Our Ovaries Cry.

Contrary to initial information released by Farc, Emmanuel Rojas, son of former hostage Clara Rojas and one of her captors, had not seen his mother since he was eight months old. The two were reunited for the first time in over three years:

Emmanuel had originally been expected to be part of the hostage release plan, but after DNA tests indicated that a boy in foster care in Bogota was Ms Rojas’ son, the Farc admitted that they were no longer holding the boy.
Child psychologists showed the boy photographs of his mother to prepare him for the meeting. Photographs from the reunion show him giving his mother a drawing he had made for her.

Jesus, just looking at that picture of Emmanuel and his mom makes our eyes water.

God, our uterus is so empty.

God, why did you have to punch my (female) nuts like that. I can hear my mother right now “Je-zuz, poor mija can’t even get kidnapped AND raped”
